The Upper Avenue Fall Festival, supported by local businesses and the local Upper Avenue Residents Associations (UACA, BPRO, SAHRA), will feature a sidewalk sale, live music, kids activities, and will coincide with the final date of the neighbourhood's Saturday Farmers' Market.
